I swore I was not going to watch the Biggest Loser this year. I lied!! I watched it and not only did I watch it but I am going to get my not so small butt in gear and get healthy. If not for me, to be an example to my family and friends.
My goal this week is to walk 20 minutes each day. Baby steps because I am coming off of cervical discectomy and havent been fully release from the Dr.

Shauna, I am so happy you started this. I really need some good support about now. I started my weight loss journey February 16, 2009 at 272 pounds. Began with counting calories... Lost some weight, then realized that if I didn't move more, I would be eating lettuce for the rest of my life. So started walking... lost some more... I am down to 209 and still trying to lose my last 50 pounds. Still trying to find the balance between food and workouts... still trying to stay away from the twikies...
