Why is staying motivated so darn hard? I always start out well but fail miserably.

The power to be is found within- I guess I like this thought because today was kind of a self inflicted stressful day. I don't really know why but I let the constant phones get to me and the more than dang phone rang, the more tense inside I got. When I got home from work, I had to run an errand and while I was alone in the car I screamed at the top of my lungs. Have any of you done that?? Sort of makes you feel better. I also got on the treadmill. Now that made me feel even better. Here is to a great February.

FEBRUARY 1, 2011
Awww, here is to a new month and a new day. I was pretty excited last week when i weighed in on Saturday and i was down 4.2 pounds. I am not quite sure where but I will take it. Here's hoping for another good week.

I'm back
I decided not to post first thing January 1 because I didnt want it to be the typical new years speech to myself so I've waited until now. Here is to a renewed committment to get in shape this year. What ever shape that is.
I love this picture because it seems like she is running on top of the world or at least a mountain and you know it was hard work for her to get there.
I know this year is going to be a hard year but it will be worth it in the end. On my other blog, I have posted my goals for the year and designed them around my motto for the year: IT IS NEVER TOO LATE
