I'm back

I decided not to post first thing January 1 because I didnt want it to be the typical new years speech to myself so I've waited until now.  Here is to a renewed committment to get in shape this year.  What ever shape that is. 

I love this picture because it seems like she is running on top of the world or at least a mountain and you know it was hard work for her to get there. 

I know this year is going to be a hard year but it will be worth it in the end.  On my other blog, I have posted my goals for the year and designed them around my motto for the year:  IT IS NEVER TOO LATE

I have joined WW again for probably the 10th time in my life time but guess what, it doesnt matter because I am going to be successful and help my family get their as well.  I hope all you who view this blog won't be to offended if I use this as my journal to success.   Feel free to offer any insight or suggestions.  Heaven knows I can use them.
