Motivation? What is that? I seem to have lost it over the last couple of months too. I keep hoping it is this weather and as it warms up so will my motivation....
Shauna, I think the best motivation is to think about how far you have come. I backslide often, but just get up and decide how much I am worth. Then find something you LIKE to do. Exersize is really awful if you hate what you are doing. You will have to try stuff... fear is NOT an option. After you have tried it decide if it is something you would do again :)
